- The support service is implemented with a minimum period of 6 months and maximum depending on the needs and wishes of the customer.
- Support and maintenance costs are paid at the beginning of each month. Leonix will support soon after the successful payment from the customer.
- Flexible Pack required to continue working after Maximum man-hour reached.
