Terms and Conditions
  • Daily timesheet will be updated on Customer Portal. 
  • Monthly report via Email (Work done, Work in progress, Time spent, Remaining)
  • After a pack's validity expires, unused hours cannot be carried over to a new pack
  • Onsite Consulting: Travel time is included in the duration of each package. These costs will be charged separately.
  • Additional fees will be added for specified code customization. 
  • If the client violates any of the terms & conditions of the contract, Leonix Vietnam retains the right to terminate the service agreement.
